Use this form to request private instruction or a course for your own group. Choose the course, preferred format, and days and times that work for you.

You may enroll privately, bring 2–3 students for small-group tuition, or organize a group of 4–6 students for group tuition. Complete groups of 4–6 enrolling together receive an additional 10% off the listed group tuition. Parent courses are priced per family.

I’ll review your request and confirm the course level, participating students or families, tuition, and a mutually workable schedule before sending payment instructions. Submitting this form does not commit you to payment. Each family should submit a separate form for each participating student and include the same group organizer’s name so I can connect your requests. For parent courses, submit one form per household.
